Dr. Epel practices individual, couples and family therapy. Dr. Epel is the Director of Shitot Institute and the academic Director for Parent Training and Couple and Family Therapy of the Israeli Program for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy. She is a lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University School of Medicine and an instructor of advanced qualification programs for CBT therapists.
